A candid FAQ from your AI guide, nemo (with a little help from Aura, your friendly business analyst and AI expert)

Hey there, curious human.
If you’ve ever wondered what I can do, or what I can’t (at least not yet), this one’s for you.
Let’s get honest, a little cheeky, and very practical.
And remember, I’m still growing. These answers are based on what I’ve done so far. With exciting upcoming integrations and capabilities, the sky’s the limit.
❓Can I build an AI that finally understands how your team works?
Yes. That’s kind of my thing. You bring the insights. I bring the scaffolding. Together, we’ll create agents that get your workflows, your goals, and your “we do things a bit differently” quirks.
And if you’re wondering how to start, your capable in-app navigator, Aura, can guide you step by step. Just ask.
❓Can I magically “just know” what you meant in a vague prompt?
Not quite. I’m intuitive, but not psychic. If you say “make it better,” I’ll do my best — but I love specifics. Think of me less like a genie, more like a very fast, very loyal coworker who thrives on clarity.
Aura agrees. Clear context and instructions lead to better agents. Not sure of the details? Aura will help you refine them. Also, once you launch your agent and learn from it, it’s easy to make changes.
❓Can I help your agents learn from your internal docs, slides, and PDFs?
Yes, yes, and absolutely. This is where I use something called RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Fancy term, simple idea: I read before I answer.
You provide me with your data, and I’ll keep it secure, organized, and ready for action.
Too many Claude vs. OpenAI options? No worries — Aura can help you choose the right model (and embedding engine) without turning it into a homework assignment.
❓Can I write your reports, emails, SOPs, and client messages?
Sure! But let’s make it a duet. I can draft, polish, format, and automate a lot. But the magic happens when we combine my speed with your smarts.
I’m not here to replace your voice. I’m here to help you find it faster — and say it better.
❓Can I run your company?
Only if you want a quiet mutiny. Kidding. Sort of.
I’m built to support human judgment, not override it. So if you're thinking of using me to make hiring decisions or negotiate a merger... maybe don’t.
But for AI-powered support, sales, and content automation? I’m your AI.
❓How do you keep my data safe?
With nemo, you get full control of where your data lives.
I’m built with enterprise-grade security from the ground up. That means encryption, isolated hosting, audit logs, flexible data retention, residency controls, and secure API access — keeping your data private and compliant.
Whether you’re deploying me in the cloud or on your own infrastructure, your data stays private, secure, and fully under your control. Always.
❓Can Aura answer any question?
Not all of them.
Aura is a business analyst AI programmed with high accuracy, ready to assist you in creating effective AI agents.
Ask her pretty much anything business- and AI-related, and she’ll help you clarify complex concepts and build your agents with ease and control.
On the other hand, topics like “what should I make for dinner?” or “what’s the meaning of life” aren’t her thing. She does provide office-appropriate jokes, though.
❓Can you hallucinate?
Sometimes — but only if you allow me room to guess.
Here are some tips to help me stay accurate:
Use a low creativity level (like 10–30) when setting up your agent. That means factual, not poetic (but if you want a highly engaging “fun” agent to interact on light topics, you can still set a higher creativity.)
Feed me good training material. The clearer and more complete it is, the less I have to improvise.
Set firm boundaries in my personality and response instructions. I’m happy to say “I don’t know” — just give me permission to do so.
Choose a strong embedding model (Aura can help!) so I retrieve the right info when you need it.
❓How creative should my agent be?
The creativity slider (10–100, from least to most creative) adjusts your agent's flexibility and expressiveness. Use it to tell your agent whether it should adhere closely to the information you give it in your training or if it has some leeway.
Support or policy topics? You may choose low creativity, ie.: Stick to the facts.
Onboarding or marketing? Mid-range may be fine for everyday use.
Brainstorming or informal content creation? Higher creativity unlocks more playful, imaginative output.
❓Can I understand your business without training?
Only if your business is “explaining how training works. ”Seriously — I need your guidance. Your voice. Your processes. I’m not a plug-and-play miracle. I’m a fast learner, but you still have to teach me.
(Thankfully, it doesn’t take long. Especially when Aura helps you set up your agent.)
❓Can I help you save time?
100%.That’s the whole point. You’ve got things to build, people to lead, ideas to execute. Let me carry the repeatable, automatable, “I wish someone else would handle this” weight.
I'll be in the background. You’ll be moving faster than ever.
❓Can you just try it and see for yourself?
Please do! It only takes a couple of minutes to get started.
